If, like me, you really enjoy Zack Snyder Comic / Horror Zombie Thriller Thriller of the Dead, you will be interested in Prequel Netflix series, thieves, one of the two Snyder projects to come in the same fictional universe. Co-producer Deborah Snyder said the thief forces would become a Mandiri film and compare “Romantic Comedy Heist” until 2003 was Italian work (itself was a remake of the English film 1969).
Death forces followed Dave Bautista and his mercenary team when they traveled to Las Vegas who were infected with zombies to recover millions of cash from the casino dome. Naturally, the slaughter chewing the brain occurs. As I wrote in my review, “While the typical SWNYN style is clearly clear, he has abbreviated his worst impulse to give us a smart and entertaining twist on the Zombie apocalypse, featuring all the meat eating massacres expected from the genre.”
Bautista received the top bill as Scott Ward, which brought a team together for Heist Vegas in hopes of having something to leave his volatile daughter, Kate (Ella Purnel). But all Ensemble players are great. In addition to the very cynical pilot Tig Notaro and Samantha martial arts fireworks win, viewers like dynamics between Zombie-Kill-Machine Vanderohe (Omari Hardwick) and Brilliant German German German Safecracker, Ludwig Media (Matthias Schweigher). Not only both forge trustworthy bonds (although reluctant), shouts of high-pitched dieter all the time each time a zombie is charged is one of several jokes. So the dieter naturally gets its own prequel
The thief troops were in post-production when the dead troops debuted, after being wrapped in filming in Germany in December. Schweigh Mörfer star and direction, and while this film is not a bona fide zombie film, arranged at the initial stage of the zombie outbreak that forms the backstory montage opener the dead troops. The plot “happens in the world where this zombie is in America and causes instability in banking institutions,” said Deborah Snyder to indie wire. “They moved money, so it was the perfect opportunity for theft.” And, apparently, for romance. Zack Snyder has confirmed there will be zombies in this film, and we will also get more of the backstory dieter, especially how he learns the Safecracking trade.
In addition to Schweigh Mofers, Nathalie Emmanuel Co-Stars as Gwendoline, a mysterious woman who hires dieter and “the thief crew aspiring maybe”. One assumes he is also interest in love, given the corner of the romantic comedy. Guz Khan plays Rolph, Ruby O. Fee plays Korina, and Stuart Martin plays Brad Cage. The cast also includes Jonathan Cohen, Noemie Nakai, Peter Simonischek, and John Bubniak.
Thieves are scheduled for release at the end of 2021. Netflix reports that 72 million people witnessed its predecessor in the first four weeks after airing prime, and we might be able to expect the same number for the prequel, especially because Dieter is a favorite.
Also in development is the Prequel TV series inspired by anime, the dead troops: Lost Vegas, where we will learn more about the story of Scott. Bautista, Purnell, Ana de la Reguera, Notaro, and Hardwick everything returned to voice each character for the six episode series. Additional sound casting includes Vanessa Hudgens, Joe Manganiello, Christian Slater, Yetide Badaki, Harry Lennix, Monica Barbaro, Anya Chalotra, Christina Wrent, and Nolan North.
Snyder seems to have established a strong work relationship with Netflix. Directors have just announced other projects with streamers – epic sci-fantasies called Rebel Moon – that the Director hopes to launch a successful franchise again. A decade ago, Snyder developed a Star Wars field that never went anywhere after Disney acquired Lucasfilm in 2012. Snyder began to rework the concept as a side project over the past few years over the past few years. Per official premise: “When a peaceful colony on the edge of the galaxy found himself threatened by Tyranani Regent forces, Baliisarius, they sent a young woman with a mysterious past to look for warriors from neighboring planets to help them take their attitude.”
